Retail Store Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our retail team. As a key member of the site team, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day operations, leading by example and inspiring your colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
As a leader, you will mentor and train team members to deliver outstanding service, maintain high standards in store presentation and cleanliness, and assist with rostering to meet operational needs. You will also be responsible for managing food preparation and handling in line with safety standards, meeting KPIs and merchandising and stock rotation with creativity and precision.
What We're Looking for:
To succeed in this role, you will bring a passion for customer service and team leadership, excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, a proactive problem-solving mindset, physical capability to lift up to 20kg and stand for extended periods, flexibility to work 4 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift, and adaptability and confidence in using technology.
