We are currently seeking a Maintenance Officer to join our team in this full-time permanent role. This role will see you provide maintenance and warranty works for all jobs post construction, while providing a high level of customer service during the maintenance period. You will be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone and Surface Pro.
Responsibilities
* Provide superior customer service to clients during the minor defects period
* Carry out minor works such as painting, plastering, tiling and carpentry
Qualifications
* Experience with trade or maintenance, ideally within the Residential Building Industry. May be suitable for a Carpenter or Painter seeking a career change.
* Exceptional presentation and communication skills
* Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously
* Great interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
* A current driver's licence
* QBCC licence highly desirable
* Construction white card
