Founded by three mates in 2013, Varsity has grown from your favourite student bar in to an entertainment hub! Serving up tasty burgers, saucy wings and cold beers across 9 venues in Perth, we've now levelled up in to the arcade and bowling sphere!

What will you do?
* Be a hands-on leader and mentor your venue teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Cultivate a fun-first culture.
* Take ownership of your venues performance, maintaining the right balance between financial success and operational excellence.
* Manage labour costs and COG's to maximise your venues profitability.
* Be a loud and proud brand ambassador, ensuring our venues look their very best and our guests keep coming back for another slice of the action!
What will you bring?
* Infectious enthusiasm and positivity
* Proven experience in hospitality leadership
* An understanding of a venues financials
* Valid RSA and Approved Managers card
* Previous experience in an arcade or bowling sphere is a big plus!
