What will you do?
* Be a hands-on leader and mentor your venue teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Lead by example, jumping behind the bar to show your team how it's done.
* Cultivate a fun-first culture.
* Take ownership of your venue's performance, maintaining the right balance between financial success and operational excellence.
* Manage labour costs and COG's to maximise your venue's profitability.
* Be a loud and proud brand ambassador, ensuring our venues look their very best and our guests keep coming back for another slice of the action
What will you bring?
* Infectious enthusiasm and positivity
* Proven experience in hospitality leadership
* An understanding of a venue's financials
* Valid RSA and Approved Managers card
* First Aid Certificate is desirable or a willingness to be trained
* Previous experience in an arcade or bowling sphere is a big plus
