Full-Time Position
UGL, a member of the CIMIC Group, is seeking an experienced
Shutdown Logistics Lead
to manage all site-based logistics activities for major APLNG shutdown events. This pivotal role ensures safe, efficient, and coordinated delivery of tools, materials, and workforce movements throughout the shutdown lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Pre-Shutdown:
* Scope, plan, and establish shutdown crib village and toolstore.
* Develop event plot plans (traffic routes, laydown areas, allocations).
* Coordinate mobilisation/demobilisation of contractors and support services.
* Ensure compliance with HSE and company standards.
Execution
* Lead all island-based logistics operations during shutdown.
* Supervise logistics team and field support staff.
* Facilitate workforce movements and site access.
* Oversee cleaning, waste services, and temporary equipment operations.
Post-Shutdown
* Manage demobilisation and site close-out activities.
* Participate in lessons learned and performance reviews.
About You
Qualifications & Experience:
* Shutdown logistics experience in LNG or similar sectors.
* Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, including 5+ years in Oil & Gas leadership roles.
* Proven ability in contractor coordination and site logistics.
