The Position
You will partner closely with the MD, taking responsibility for the full finance function across multiple entities, including management and oversight of financial reporting, regulatory obligations, budgetary compliance and governance and risk management.
Leading the finance team as the organisation expands by acquisition, your experience and advice will ensure the business capitalises on best practice solutions and that systems and processes align.
Ensuring business systems are robust and implemented effectively, you will be challenged by the rate of growth and expansion to meet global growth targets.
Oversee accounting, reporting, financial planning and analysis
Drive budget setting, forecasting and financial goal setting
Manage risk and compliance, audit processes and internal controls
Provide business partnering to executive leaders across sales and operations The Person
We are seeking an individual who is able to match the entrepreneurial flair of the MD while providing a solid financial foundation to enable the business to grow.
CA/CPA qualified, you must be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen while operating in a hands‑on role.
A strong analytical thinker, you will thrive in a fast‑paced environment and demonstrate the technical ability to advance with the business.
Experience leading a team that also works remotely across various time zones will be highly regarded, coupled with experience in merging and acquiring new businesses.
You will thrive in a dynamic environment, driving projects and process improvement initiatives.
Exposure to European markets is also highly desirable.
