OLSH is looking for an experience finance/admin officer to oversee the ELC/OSHC finance and admin This is a 0.2 position, with flexibility to be 2 days per week or spread over 3-4 part days

Duties include but are not limited to:
* Management and use of Xplor for families, staff and fee information.
* Maintain accurate records in line with policies, procedures and legal requirements.
* Provide initial information to families in regards to fees, schedules and bookings.
* Understand or ability to learn CCS accountability
About You:
* Hold Cert III or IV in Finance or Certificate IV/Advanced Diploma or experience in bookkeeping;
* Qualifications and relevant experience in Finance;
* NT Working with Children Card; and,
* NT Driver's license
Salary in line with Catholic Schools NT Enterprise agreement 2025; $40.59 - $43.90ph
