Level 3, $137,428 - $150,385 per annum (pro-rata) (SEA GA 2023)
This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1, 2026

NASHS is seeking a strategic, inspiring, and collaborative leader to join our dynamic team as Head of the Science Learning Area. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a committed group of educators in a school that values innovation, inclusion, and strong community partnerships.
The successful applicant will be a team-oriented leader who is passionate about engaging students through culturally responsive and future-focused learning. With a strong focus on Instructional Leadership, they will ideally champion contemporary thinking and initiatives such as Two-Way Science and Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) pedagogies, ensuring that learning is both academically rigorous and culturally meaningful. They will help maintain NASHS as the school of choice for families in the Albany region by strengthening partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
