We are seeking passionate and experienced hospitality professionals to join our energetic team across two of the Southwest's most iconic venues —
Ilma Beach House
and
Meelup Farmhouse

What We're Looking For
Reliable, motivated individuals with a professional attitude and a strong work ethic.
Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment.
A strong understanding of quality food and beverage service.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Resilience and adaptability under pressure.
A positive and proactive approach to customer service.
Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and variable shifts with own transport options to get to the venues (our venues are open Thursday through Monday).
A willingness to commit long-term and grow with the business.
