About the Role
You will play a key role in coordinating logistics services across various locations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the delivery and coordination of logistics services, including couriers, uniforms, scrubs, name badges, and general office supplies.
* Providing direction and supervision to the Logistics team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
* Owning invoice, purchase order, and contract management for facilities and logistics.
* Assisting with facilities operations, including handling service requests, coordinating office amenity needs, and supporting the Facilities Manager with other key projects.
* Managing corporate vehicles, meeting rooms, and inventory with precision to maintain a well-organised workplace.
About You
We are looking for a people person who thrives in a fast-paced role with variety. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administrative and logistics coordination roles, with outstanding communication skills and strong Microsoft Office skills.
