We are looking for AO7 Document Control Lead to work in State Government!
* Location: Brisbane, QLD
* Pay Rate: $88.30 per hour + Super
About the Role
The Document Control Lead is accountable for leading the Document Control and Information Management function within the ETCS Program Team, ensuring the integrity, traceability, accessibility, and compliance of all program documentation across a complex project environment.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the ETCS Information Management Plan, associated frameworks, procedures, and standards, enabling consistent, secure, and audit‐ready documentation across engineering, safety, commercial, and operational workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
* Assume accountability as the lead for the Information and Document Management function within the ETCS Program Team
* Develop, implement, and maintain the ETCS Information Management Plan, procedures, standards, and work instructions
* Build and manage effective internal and external stakeholder relationships to support integration and continuous improvement
* Ensure ETCS team members are trained and compliant with document control processes and departmental systems
* Work across the full program, interfacing with multiple functional and disciplinary leads
* Develop, manage, and maintain program documents and contractual correspondence using InEight/Teambinder, SharePoint, and associated registers
* Manage information security, document access, retrieval, and distribution in line with compliance and policy requirements
* Maintain version control, traceability, and alignment with configuration and change management processes
* Administer document management systems, conduct quality checks, and support audit and assurance activities
Experience required
* Experience in document control or information management in large infrastructure, rail or technical programs.
* Proficiency with InEight/Teambinder, Sharepoint, Content Manager or similar EDRMS/CDE platforms.
* Strong understanding of records management, configuration management and information security.
* High attention to detail, organisational skill and ability to influence compliance.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability.
* Qualifications in information management, records management, business administration or related field (desirable).

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
