As a Client Services Officer, you will be supporting students from admission through to graduation, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
* Responding to enquiries from internal and external customers in-person, by telephone, or written correspondence, and initiating appropriate action as needed.
* Participating in graduation ceremonies, careers markets, open days, orientation, and other events that promote our institution.
* Providing administrative support across all student administration functions including but not limited to admission, enrolment, credit, assessment, scheduling, and graduation processes.
* Contributing to the maintenance and improvement of systems, processes, and procedures within the Student Administrative Services Team.
