Bathers' Pavilion is Sydney's most iconic beachside restaurant and is just 20 minutes from the city. Here at Bathers', we have a fine dining hatted restaurant, a casual bistro, a Thai restaurant, a function space, a takeaway kiosk, and an art gallery. We are looking for a professional and passionate supervisor to join our Bistro team. This position can be full-time, part-time or casual. Applicants must have full Australian working rights.
Bathers Bistro is a busy, fast‑paced restaurant that operates breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days per week.
Qualifications / Experience
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
* Must hold a current NSW RSA Certificate
Duties & Responsibilities
* Supervise the floor staff and manage opening and closing procedures.
* Assist guests with menu selections, offering recommendations and taking orders.
* Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring high‑quality presentation.
* Anticipate guests' needs and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
* Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Have the ability to multitask.
