About the Role
We are now seeking a Finance Officer to join our head office in Bunbury. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, the ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience in a similar role. However, motivated applicants looking to commence their career in a finance team will also be considered.
The successful applicant will join a well-established business that is committed to staff development, career progression, and a friendly, supportive team environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Processing Accounts Payable
* Maintaining accurate financial records and completing data entry tasks
* Supporting month-end and year-end financial reporting
* Assisting with general Finance Officer Duties as required
* Assisting with reception cover when needed
* Providing general administrative support to the finance team
About You
To be considered for this role, candidates must hold the following:
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role with accounts experience. However, entry level or junior applicants will be considered.
* Experience in the Construction industry is desirable, not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
* A good written and verbal communicator.
* Strong computer skills, particularly Excel.
