Responsibilities
* We respond to daily inquiries about our volunteer management system, focusing on resolving issues efficiently.
* Shifts for events and frontline activities are added and amended as necessary.
* Regular shifts are created based on operational needs and risk assessments.
* Recommendations for internal customizations are provided to enhance user experience.
* Suppliers of the volunteer management system are liaised with.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Organized time management is essential for success in this role.
* Experience in operations, administration, or system management is desirable but not required.
