We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Reception & Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
While reception duties form the foundation of the role, this position also includes a range of administrative responsibilities that will expand over time as confidence and capability develop. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in presentation, and is keen to learn and grow within a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Full front desk operations, including multi-line phone management
* Welcoming clients and visitors and being the friendly face of the business
* Appointment scheduling and diary management
* Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
* General reception and office support
Administrative responsibilities will include:
* Data entry and filing (both electronic and hard copy)
* Document preparation and formatting
* Client correspondence and follow-ups
* General administrative and office support tasks as required
About You
* Friendly, professional, and well-presented with strong communication skills
* Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities over time
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Comfortable using computers and basic office software (training provided where needed)
* A positive attitude and team-focused approach
Previous experience in reception or administration is beneficial but not essential. We are primarily looking for the right person — someone who is approachable, reliable, and eager to learn.
