Account Manager - Adelaide
Hatch is partnering with Hilti Group to fill an Account Manager role in Adelaide, South Australia. This position is part of the Hilti Group team, not Hatch.
Role Overview
Embark on a career as an Account Manager at Hilti, a global construction solutions provider. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, build strong relationships, and drive sales through high‑level technical consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Building relationships – meet customers on a daily basis and create long‑term, profitable value.
- Time and Territory Management – develop a daily schedule, including presence on job sites and client offices, to optimize productivity.
- Hilti Champion – present technical knowledge and represent the Hilti brand with high‑level customer consultations.
- Tracking progress – use Salesforce to record all interactions and report sales activity.

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction or Architecture (preferred).
- Previous customer‑facing experience.
- Motivated, independent, and eager to learn.
- Hands‑on attitude – demonstrate tools, use Salesforce, and collaborate across departments.
- Construction industry experience is an advantage.
- Time‑management, planning and prioritisation skills.
- Valid full Australian driver’s licence (company car provided).
- Mobile within Australia and willingness to travel.
- Possible consideration for Temporary Graduate Visa holders.
