**Job Title**: Foreman/Site Manager
**Location**: Central Coast, Newcastle, Maitland

**Key Responsibilities of the Role**:
- Conduct inspections, assess project scope, and provide reports on required works.
- Oversee multiple projects up to $5M from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth handover.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to ensure seamless workflow.
- Communicate efficiently with clients, tradespeople, and office teams.
- Ensure high standards of paperwork, organisation, and project documentation.
- Inspect completed works to guarantee top-quality workmanship.
- Monitor safety regulations, ensure timely task completion, and maintain quality assurance standards.
- Interpret plans and drawings to ensure accurate and precise project execution.
- Supervise on-site activities, resolve construction issues, and provide timely reports.
- Independently manage on-site operations and activities.
- Plan and organise project schedules up to two weeks in advance.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years trade (carpentry) experience.
- Driver's license.
- White card.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities on-site.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel
- Experience using Construction Project Management Software eg Buildertrend, Procore etc.
Previous experience in this role is not essential, however you must have experience leading teams and managing sites. Good references are essential.
