We're looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.
Job Description
This is a permanent, full-time position with time split between two locations. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers achieve their banking goals.
* You'll work closely with our team to explore customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
* You'll stay up-to-date with constant change and support customers with digital literacy and online banking needs.
* You'll be the face of our team and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
This role requires flexibility and access to a vehicle as you'll need to travel between sites.
