Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of new organisational policies and undertake large-scale policy and procedure review projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new organisational policies and undertake large-scale policy and procedure review projects where significant updates or full redevelopment is required
* Ensure alignment with compliance frameworks, legislative obligations, and operational needs
* Collaborate with the Governance and Compliance Team to manage major policy initiatives, facilitate implementation planning, and support organisational readiness and adherence
* Demonstrate experience in policy development, implementation, and evaluation in the social services sector or other similar complex service and compliance environments
* Show success in leading policy projects, producing written policies, and implementing change
Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to travel and accommodate overnight stays when required
* Current driver's licence
