The Harvey Norman Taylors Lakes Electrical Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
As a Salesperson, you will have a variety of different tasks, including but not limited to:
* Sales and customer service
* Merchandising
* Following up on orders
* Maintaining a clean work environment
* Stocking shelves
To be successful you must:
* Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
* Available to work weekends and late nights with flexibility throughout the busy retail trade periods
* Have a good level of computer skills, using POS systems
* Have a high attention to detail
* Enjoy working in a team environment
What we require:
* Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
* Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
* Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
* Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
* Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets & KPI's
* A high level of Electrical product knowledge such as small home appliances, Whitegoods, TV's & Audio. Preferred but not essential
