Job Title: National Network Manager
Key Responsibilities:
The role requires ownership of the CRM platform for provider management, overseeing trade and supplier networks to ensure compliance and governance.
* Monitor provider relationships to guarantee service delivery meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Ensure financial and contractual compliance
Customer Service Focus:
Strive to ensure providers meet Allianz KPIs for timeframes and quality.
* Vendor integrity screening and contract management via Salesforce
* Manage stock supply and compliance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) frameworks
Team Management:
Lead a customer-focused team, ensuring operational efficiency and supporting sales and relationship management efforts.
