The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled nurse to join our team in delivering high-quality care to residents.
This role will provide an opportunity to expand your expertise in the AN-ACC process and funding area, managing an AN-ACC portfolio.
About You
You must have strong communication skills, a commitment to resident wellbeing, and a caring attitude. Essential qualifications include a bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing, AHPRA Registration with no restriction, and strong skills in documentation and record-keeping.
* Understanding of AN-ACC frameworks, including assessment criteria, documentation requirements, and funding regulations is desirable.
* Previous experience with AN-ACC or ACFI funding is also desirable.
Familiarity with aged care regulations and compliance requirements is essential to ensure that we meet all necessary guidelines.
