Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Kitchen Administration Co-ordinator to oversee the smooth running of their kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities:
* Kitchen Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions within the kitchen, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
* Team Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between chefs, kitchen staff, and management to ensure clear communication and task completion.
* Inventory & Supplies: Manage stock levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records to support uninterrupted kitchen operations.
* Compliance & Documentation: Ensure health and safety, hygiene standards, and company policies are maintained across all kitchen activities.
* Problem-Solving: Anticipate operational challenges and implement solutions to maintain efficiency and high standards.
* Reporting & Administration: Maintain schedules, rosters, and administrative records for the kitchen team.
What Our Client is Looking For:
* Relevant Experience: Previous experience in kitchen administration, hospitality operations, or food service management.
* Organised & Detail-Oriented: Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Tech-Savvy: Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiar with kitchen or hospitality management systems.
* People-Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working with kitchen teams.
* Calm Under Pressure: Able to handle a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment with professionalism.
* Self-Starter: Motivated to work independently, prioritise tasks, and take initiative to ensure smooth operations.
