**About the role**
A varied role with a mix of BAU HR functions and the opportunity to work on some exciting projects
- Build and implement HR strategies across the division
- Collaborate with leaders to implement change and transformation
- Manage HR activities including employee engagement, rewards and recognition, training, performance management and learning and development
- Provide sound HR advice to leaders within the business
**About you**
- You will come from a similar background in aged care, community care, disability or hospitality industry.
- Be an engaging individual with an ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Hold a Bachelor level qualification in Business, HR, Psychology or related field
**Requirements**:
- Willingness to undergo a National Police check
- Fully Covid vaccinated
