About the role
The Parts Planner is responsible for ensuring that the Parts department has the correct level and type of inventory required to provide the customer with the appropriate level of support. This role is full time and based in Peth.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse and input customer plans with accuracy & attention to detail
* Strong communication & collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships with various internal & external customers
* Exhibit strong problem solving ability when there are unexpected supply chain disruptions, changes in demand or inventory deficiencies for both short term and long term forecasts
* Ability to think critically under pressure to develop and implement effective solutions
* Being a flexible team player and assisting the Parts Team with other general tasks as required
Skills & experience
* Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher qualification with at least 1 year of relevant work experience or alternatively, five years of relevant work experience in lieu of formal qualification.
* Analytical skills, attention to detail
* Sound written and verbal communication skills.
* ERP System experience
* Intermediate to Advanced Excel
* Knowledge of supply chain
* Demand planning & forecasting skills
* Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BIdits
