We are supporting a growing Australia-Wide organisation that is looking to expand their Team in Perth by adding an additional Service Administrator / Scheduler / Coordinator to the team.Permanent Full-time position, working Monday - Friday (7:30am - 3:30pm), you will be responsible for scheduling technicians undertaking a mix of Electrical, HVAC and Fire Services maintenance, repair, and breakdown work to commercial, light industrial, heavy industrial, education premises across Perth.Key DutiesOverseeing all aspects of the work orders for preventative and reactive workBe a first point of contact and support customers by coordinating and scheduling servicesRaise new jobs, allocate work / create daily schedules and coordinate times for attendance with the Technical Service staff, to ensure strict contract obligations are met / exceededProvide administration supportSupport the Contract Managers, Supervisors and Technical Service TeamAbout you4+ years' experience working in a role as a service administrator / scheduler / coordinator in the Facility Management, Pest Control or Maintenance Services industries is essentialStrong communication and customer service skills and the ability to ensure strong client and staff relationships and timely service deliveryMust have strong experience with MS OfficeWorkorder management experience on Maximo, SimPro, Pronto or MEX is highly desirableProblem-solving, time management and organisational skills and experience
