About the opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our New Car Sales team in to an exciting 2026 coinciding with a number of new model launches.
Key Responsibilities & Attributes:
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
* Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate a new-car sales team.
* Experience in managing the full new-vehicle sales process.
* Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written and interpersonal.
* A team-first mindset with a strong customer-focused approach.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
* A results-driven mindset with the ability to work to processes, KPIs and performance and conversion targets.
* A positive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Accountability and the ability to achieve realistic budgets.
* Availability to work Saturdays, with an RDO during the week.
