Lead Poultry Operations Manager
A key role in our on-farm poultry operations across Southeast Queensland, responsible for leading a crew and operating vehicles and equipment.
* Directing a small team of poultry workers at farm sites
* Ensuring efficient job execution, adhering to animal welfare and biosecurity standards
* Operating MR vehicles and forklifts between farms
* Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, managing documentation and compliance
* Maintaining high animal welfare and hygiene standards
Requirements:
* MR driver's licence (essential)
* Forklift operation certification (required)
* Proven leadership experience in hands-on roles (agriculture, logistics, or similar)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Physical fitness and comfort with manual labour
* Willingness to follow safety protocols and guidelines
