Join us as an Sr Systems Analyst of Manufacturing Systems and play a pivotal role in driving full‐site digital transformations across global manufacturing facilities. This is a unique opportunity to blend your deep manufacturing expertise with advanced technical skills in JavaScript, C#, and other technologies to build scalable, reusable solutions in the IT/OT environment.
What You'll Work On
* Design and develop manufacturing recipes using POMS software across global facilities.
* Collaborate with business units, engineering, and infrastructure teams to align MES and automation solutions with business goals.
* Act as a subject matter expert in MES and industrial automation.
* Implement robust manufacturing systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
* Integrate MES with PLM, ERP, and shop floor systems.
* Create and update POMSnet recipes and base data.
* Lead end‐to‐end process flow understanding, from requirement gathering to recipe development.
* Support critical MES enhancement projects including hardware upgrades, architecture improvements, and testing coordination.
* Follow Computerized Systems Validation and Software Lifecycle (SLC) methodologies.
* Assess technical needs and propose scalable, cost‐effective solutions.
* Partner with IT functional groups to ensure alignment with long‐term system strategies.
* Lead technical teams in developing and implementing new products or operational improvements.
* Conduct performance monitoring, capacity planning, and system upgrades.
* Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies.
Required Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Experience: 6-7+ years in software development and manufacturing systems
* Technical Skills:
o 4-5+ years of hands‐on experience with C# or Java
o Strong proficiency in JavaScript
o Experience with POMSNet development and support
o Expertise in SQL, Web Services, Oracle PL/SQL
o Familiarity with label printers, scanner configuration, and support
* Manufacturing Knowledge:
o Deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes
o Experience with equipment integration and shop floor systems
o Proven ability to implement strategies that improve process efficiency
* Validation & Compliance:
o Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ, validation documentation, and execution
o Knowledge of GxP environments and full Software Lifecycle (SLC)
