About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager and leading an HR Administrator, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organisational goals, ensure compliance, and foster a high-performance culture. This is a pivotal leadership role with scope to influence across recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, remuneration, and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the HR function, including mentoring and developing HR staff
* Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
* Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
* Drive performance management and leadership development initiatives
* Manage remuneration reviews and benchmarking
* Foster positive employee relations and resolve complex grievances
* Collaborate on learning and development programs
* Monitor and report on HR metrics and workforce trends
* Support WHS and wellbeing initiatives
* Ensure compliance with employment law and HR policies
* Represent the organisation in HR-related hearings and external forums
About You
You're a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for people. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring experience in HR leadership, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
* Proven experience as an HR Manager in a related industry
* Strong background in HR strategy, organisational change, and compliance
