About This Opportunity
Reporting to the Data Analytics Manager, the ELT Developer is responsible delivering high-quality integration solutions that connect multiple systems and databases.
This is a hands‐on role involving the design, build and maintenance of data pipelines, APIs and workflows across cloud and on‐prem platforms. You will collaborate with architects, analysts, BI Specialist and business stakeholders to enable business workflows, reporting that supports decision making, contractual obligations and regulatory compliance.
Specifically, You Will
* Partner with stakeholders to translate KPI and reporting needs into robust integration designs.
* Ensure seamless data movement from sources through the Oracle ADB (ODS) layer into the Snowflake (EDW) environment.
* Optimize Snowflake warehouse and data transformation using dbtCloud to power Tableau dashboards and reporting suites.
* Design and optimize high performance ETL/ELT pipelines using Oracle Golden Gate/Data Transforms/DLT for data ingestion and dbtCloud for modular, version-controlled transformations within Snowflake and Oracle ADB.
* Apply software development practices, including CI/CD, version control (GIT), orchestration and automated testing, to ensure code quality and reliability.
* Manage end-to-end lifecycle of data systems, implementing robust exception handling and enterprise monitoring (e.g. DataDog) to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
* Ensure column level lineage and metadata management for sensitive (PHI/PII) data, including auditing and masking. Maintain end-to-end data lineage from source systems through to Tableau.
* Develop and document REST, GraphQL, and FHIR APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange, utilizing JSON and event-based architectures.

* A proactive problem solver, capable of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
* Reliable, discrete and professional when handling confidential or sensitive information.
To Be Considered For The Role You Require
* At least 2 years' experience in modern data warehousing architecture, including Dimensional Modelling, Star Schemas and Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD).
* Strong SQL expertise and proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and pipeline development.
* Experience using GIT for version control, in a collaborative environment.
* Hands‐on experience designing data ingestion solutions and working with warehouse‐native transformations (e.g. dbtCloud).
* Experience with Change Data Capture (CDC) and batch ETL/ELT processing tools.
