Baristas in Training and Juniors responsibilities
- Amazing Customer Service
- Making Coffee
- Cleaning and other duties as directed
Barista Traineeship responsibilities
- Impeccable customer service ensuring customers receive their order quickly and accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness of the store and completing equipment maintenance tasks as required
- Prepare and serve quality food and drink according to Zarraffa’s brand standards
- Follow all Food Safety and WH&S; guidelines and procedures
Attributes and experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn
The positions are casual, a seven-day flexibility is required, including weekends, early morning opens and late-night closes.
Full training and support will be provided for the roles, and you will be reporting to the Manager/Franchisees.
The school based traineeships can receive a cert 3 in business or hospitality.
