The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Manager Corporate Services to join our administration team.
This pivotal role is responsible for the effective financial management of the school's business operations, including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
It also involves providing strong leadership and human resource management for school support staff, while overseeing the administration and coordination of systems and processes across the site.
The ideal candidate would be resourceful, well-organised, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
As a Compass School, proficiency in Kaartdijin processes will be highly regarded.
The successful applicant would implement and monitor asset management and maintenance strategies and contribute to the development of the school's business and marketing plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be viewed favourably.
This leadership position requires balancing multiple priorities while working collaboratively with administration, staff, students, parents, and the wider community.
