The Role
* Fabrication of batten screening, screens, louvres, handrails, gates, and bin enclosures
* Working with aluminium, and stainless steel on construction sites
* Reading plans or CAD drawings and fabricating to spec
* Collaborating with drafting, installation, and project managers/operations
* Ensuring safety, accuracy, and top‑notch finishes on every job.
What You Bring
* Minimum 2 years experience in construction industry with sound knowledge of fixing structural components to a build.
* Good project management skills to lead projects through concept to completion.
* Experience in Aluminium Fabrication is advantageous, with preferable experience in fabricated architectural products. This is not essential if focused on installation side.
* Strong TIG and MIG welding skills and a passion for working with metal.
* CNC machine operation experience would be a bonus but not essential.
* Ability to read and follow architectural/technical drawings.
* High attention to detail and problem solving skills, with the ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
* A strong commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
* Clean and tidy presentation with pride in your work and workspace.
