Job Opportunity for Graduate Nurses

Our organisation offers a supportive environment with dedicated and experienced clinical teams on-site. A graduate nurse program coordinator is available to guide and support you along the way. Our structured 12-month graduate nurse program covers comprehensive clinical and development orientation models designed to develop and support you in your first year as a graduate nurse.
* Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
* Less than 12 months of post-registration clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
* Understanding of professional, ethical, and legal requirements as a Registered Nurse
* Able to work in a multidisciplinary team of like-minded care professionals
* Understanding of assessments and developing care plans
* Able to communicate complex care plan needs to incoming residents and their representatives
* Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
* Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
* Demonstrated well-developed computer and documentation skills
* Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
* Confidence in managing time effectively, including autonomy in work
