Cannington BYD is seeking a professional and friendly Service Receptionist to join our service team. As the first point of contact for our service guests, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while providing efficient administrative and front-desk support.
Responsibilities
* Greet guests on arrival and assist with service bookings and enquiries
* Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team member
* Assist with managing online enquiries
* Support the Service Department with administrative tasks
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with guests
* Manage the service reception area to ensure a professional appearance at all times
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer service role (ideally in a Service Department or similar environment)
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
* Pentana / ERA Power experience highly regarded
* Current driver's licence
* Monday to Friday role with stable hours
