Job Description
Are you ready to take the next step in your property career? Are you an aspiring Residential Property Manager looking to make a career move into Commercial Property Management or an experienced Commercial Property Manager? We seek to appoint a Property Manager to be based in our Newcastle office on a full-time basis.
What you'll be doing:
* Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and assist in resolving day-to-day issues.
* Maintain lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards.
* Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs with a strong focus on arrears control.
* Collaborate with Property Managers to prepare annual operating budgets.
* Process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors efficiently.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
* 3+ years' experience in a similar role within commercial, retail, industrial or residentialproperty.
* Tertiary qualification (Property specialisation preferred but not essential).
* Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
