The role
Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Permanent Part‐Time Chef at one of our key aged care sites in Brookvale, NSW.
Roster
* Saturday and Sunday 06:30 to 15:00

Responsibilities
* Preparing & presenting food for our residents
* Support bulk cooking operations
* Provide excellent customer service
* Maintaining a clean working environment
* Adherence to food & general safety practices
* Preparing and presenting texture‐modified foods
Qualifications
* Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
* A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
* Experience in hotels or restaurants – useful for working under pressure, managing kitchen teams, and preparing dishes for large numbers of people
* Ability to work independently and as part of the team
* Exceptional presentation, communication, time‐management & attention to detail
