Corporate Hospitality Role

This exciting new role offers variety and flexibility, with no two days the same. As a Hospitality All-Rounder, you'll provide coverage across various teams on our client floor.
You'll attend to boardrooms, meet and greet clients, assist in our café or cover corporate events. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service is essential, along with high standards of professionalism and presentation.
Duties
* Provide food and beverage service
* Set up and pack down conference rooms
* Answer calls and manage meeting room bookings
* Assist with café service, including coffee making
* Manage point of sale transactions and cash handling
* Assist with back of house and kitchen tasks
This casual role offers rostered shifts between Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:30pm, with occasional evening events.
About You
We are seeking an adaptable and vibrant hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment. Ideally, you will have experience in corporate hospitality, hotels or fine dining, with sound knowledge of front of house operations.
* Sound knowledge of reception/hospitality and front of house operations
* Solid food and beverage service experience
* Barista skills
* Impressive phone manner and communication skills
* Flexible approach with a team-player mindset
* Impeccable grooming
* Certified in Responsible Service of Alcohol
