Description
You'll be required to:
* Manage the end-to-end contract administration process, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
* Provide expert advice on contract terms and conditions to internal stakeholders.
* Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
* Monitor contract performance and manage any required amendments or variations.
* Ensure all contract documentation is accurately maintained and up to date.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of contractual obligations.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Profile
A successful Senior Contracts Administrator should have:
* 10+ year's experience in contract administration or a similar role.
* Proven experience in project-based contract and financial administration on major building developments.
* Deep expertise in contract management.
* Ability to work independently, resolve contractual issues with confidence, and ensure successful outcomes.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in using contract management software and tools.
* Exceptional communication abilities.
