Corporate Maintenance Solutions is a Tasmanian owned facilities maintenance company based in Glenorchy but with statewide customers. We have a fulltime role available for an experienced office administrator
This role is responsible for the effective delivery of administration, finance and account support services, where you would be working in a small team.
Key responsibilities
* Data entry and maintaining digital records to ensure smooth operations
* Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices
* Maintain and update Field Management software program (Simpro)
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and staff as needed
* Assist with general administrative duties to support daily operations
* Manage reception and maintain a professional front‑of‑house environment.
* Maintain stationery, office supplies and consumables. Stock orders for cleaning products
What you'll bring
* Minimum 3 years previous experience in administration
* Proficiency in MYOB Acumatica (previously MYOB Advanced) highly desirable
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong computer literacy, particularly with common office applications and accounting software.
* Good decision making and problem‑solving skills and ability to use initiative.
* All applicants must be willing to undertake a National Police Check.
* Have the right to work full time hours in Australia.
