The Role:
Working alongside a results-oriented and highly dedicated leadership team within a newly refurbished state-of-the-art showroom, youll have the opportunity to help drive our vision of defining and maintaining the exacting standards to which BMW customers truly deserve.
With a stacked range of new vehicle stock, including the BMW X series and M models, youll have the opportunity to service an untapped consumer market, generate fulfilling customer connections while taking advantage of an uncapped commission structure. Youll be tasked with being proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership's customer base.
Much like the commitment we have to our customers, we will commit to you through enabling your ability to meet key sales targets within a growth-oriented team environment.
What we need from you
Previous automotive sales experience (Experience with prestige automotive brands will be looked upon favourably)
A team first mentality coupled with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and time management skills
A proven track record of achieving sales targets
A commitment to grow with the brand and company
Well-presented and charismatic with an understanding and appreciation for the luxury market
A pro-active, positive and professional approach to achieving sales objectives
A current driver's licence
