This position in our sales team is responsible for the strategic management of a portfolio of large-scale construction, mining infrastructure, and projects.
What You'll Enjoy Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers as they work to complete large-scale construction, civil, mining, infrastructure, and industrial projects. Acting as the Project Manager and primary contact for both the main contractor and all subcontractors involved in a project. Analyzing, reviewing, and negotiating pricing structures in conjunction with internal stakeholders. Promoting Coates Hire's Safety First - Zero Harm safety culture. Track record of developing long-term, mutually beneficial commercial relationships. Demonstrated commercial accountability and account management skills. Ability to deliver high-level Customer Relationship Management that promotes service excellence. Strong relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities. A current driver's license. Willingness to travel across the region.
