**What's The Job?**
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Technology, you will own the end-to-end technical operations of the Payment Gateway platforms which fulfill an important role in the transactions processes between News Corp Australia and its millions of customers.
You will be the focal point for the platform by working closely with our Consumer and Finance teams, delivery management, internal IT platform teams and third party vendors, thus ensuring that the business can evolve and enhance the system to implement the business strategy.
**Accountability & Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders across various business units and internal technology teams
- Accountable for managing vendor contracts and for owning the relationships with the software vendors.
- Oversee the day to day coordination and technical operations of NCA's payment platforms and their integration points
- Instigate timely and effective troubleshooting actions to deal with any platform related issues to achieve customer service standards on a day to day basis
- Maintain a strong focus on the platforms' budget including ensuring adherence with purchase order and invoice processes. Regular reporting, identification and tracking of opportunities to reduce waste / increase value.
- Develop platform roadmap by partnering with the business and in consultation with Architecture to ensure their technology requirements are met
- Lead the delivery of platform related components of approved projects

**Education and Industry Experience**
- 3 years in a similar role of a comparable scale
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or relevant fields
- Experience with IT projects and operational change management
- Experience managing Finance and SAS platforms (payment gateway platforms ideal)
