About the Role:
* Oversight of clinic day-to-day activities: managing client appointments via phone, email, and booking system; maintaining inventory and ordering hearing devices; processing invoices and POS transactions;
* Providing basic hearing-device support: cleaning, battery replacement, Bluetooth pairing;
