About the Role

As the Deputy Principal (Secondary) you will:

* Provide operational leadership across assigned portfolios, including Senior schooling, and curriculum or staff teams.
* Monitor and implement systems and procedures to support the effective daily operation of the school.
* Contribute to strategic planning and school-wide improvement aligned with state and departmental priorities.
* Maintain high standards of legislative compliance and student management.
* Work proactively with students, staff, families and community stakeholders to support engagement and positive outcomes.
* Support the implementation of evidence-based teaching and learning practices.

Your Responsibilities

As the Deputy Principal (Secondary), your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

* Lead within a small P-12 school context, quality-assure management systems, ensure compliance, and provide timely, accurate advice aligned with corporate and departmental standards.
* Apply strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and relational skills to engage proactively with students, staff, parents, and the broader school community.
* Contribute to the Executive Team's instructional and strategic leadership by ensuring operational efficiency, supporting a calm, well-ordered learning environment, and modelling teaching excellence and student engagement.
