The Offshore Project Controls Associate role is a crucial position in project management, responsible for establishing and managing a project controls system to support decision-making processes.
This involves liaising with the project team, finance department, and management to monitor progress against financial and milestone targets.
Key responsibilities include providing reporting and progress updates, identifying potential deviations, and implementing solutions to ensure timely delivery of the project.
A strong understanding of business, economic, and financial knowledge is essential, along with competency in Microsoft Office and Primavera Software.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with large-scale project delivery, including planning, scheduling, and cost management, as well as risk modeling.

Main Responsibilities:
* Project Control: Ensure all project phases are progressing according to agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
* Deviations Assessment: Identify potential deviations and implement solutions to resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
* Risk Assessment: Regularly identify, prioritize, escalate, and mitigate project risks, working closely with the project director.
* Project Reporting: Provide regular updates on project activities, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and status.
Requirements:
* Experience: At least 3 years' experience in project controls, including planning, scheduling, and cost management, preferably in large-scale project delivery.
* Qualifications: University degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
* Skills: Strong business, economic, and financial knowledge; competency in Microsoft Office and Primavera Software; excellent organizational and reporting skills.
