Requirements and Duties: Handle all assigned enquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally. Answering client phone calls courteously and professionally, including raising invoices and purchase orders. Ensuring client records are kept up to date and accurate at all stages of the client life-cycle. Updating allocations in portal. Assist with all account on-boarding processes including compliance checks and assist with ongoing compliance programs. Act as the 'go to' for all administrative functions by overseeing office administration protocols and support for the office environment. Ensuring debtor spreadsheet maintenance and conducting initial calls - maintain and manage the initial debtor list. Act as an executive assistant to the Managing Director as required, including diary management assistance and meeting organisation. Carry out office duties and responsibilities, including general office maintenance, mail, banking and purchasing of supplies. Assist with events, marketing, digital, and promotional activities as directed. Effectively and efficiently manage and coordinate all other projects, duties and tasks as requested and delegated by the Directors and Management. Required Teamwork, with a positive demeanour and attitude to exceed expectations. Strong attention to detail and highly organised. Ability to work flexibly within a changing work environment and a willingness to work above and beyond. Follow project tasks and day to day duties through to completion. Intermediate Excel skills and Microsoft office skills. 'self-starting' qualities. Well presented and a high level of professionalism. Enthusiastic and motivated to achieve in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
