Coogee Common is seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our passionate kitchen team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in hospitality, with the chance to learn from experienced chefs and progress into a chef apprenticeship pathway.
About the Role
* Approximately 30 hours per week
* Assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations
* Dishwashing and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
* Supporting the kitchen team during service
* Learning professional kitchen skills in a busy, high-quality restaurant environment
What We're Looking For
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance
* Availability to work weekends and evenings
* Ability to work well in a fast‐paced team environment
* Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
* Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential
