About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Specialist Account Manager to join our high-performing respiratory team.
The successful candidate will manage accounts within their territory, providing science-led, value-added services to respiratory clinicians to support optimal treatment outcomes.
Your Responsibilities Include:
1. Developing comprehensive key account plans to drive value and growth
2. SUPPORTING KEY PROGRAMS THAT DIFFERENTIATE GSK IN THE HEALTHCARE MARKET
3. Engaging, educating, and informing key accounts and stakeholders to support the patient journey and promote quality medicine use
4. Collaborating with commercial, medical, and sales teams to meet strategic objectives
Qualifications for Success:
1. Significant experience in hospital specialist or key account management with a deep understanding of hospital environments
2. Experience in respiratory therapeutics is highly desirable
3. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with medical and commercial stakeholders
4. Science aptitude to relay complex information clearly and effectively
5. Commercial acumen and excellent account management, influencing, and relationship-building skills
6. Tenacity, resilience, and leadership qualities
